An all-purpose dry rub with Mexican flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Save any excess in a Ziploc bag for later.
