Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Chop all vegetables you're using for toppings and saute until fully cooked. Keep warm.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, parmesan cheese, and all spices, and mix until uniform in texture. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Make the beef into six equal patties and place on the pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn on the broiler as you remove the pan from the oven and move one of your oven racks to the top.
Drain any accumulated fat and juices. Put a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each patty. Add a bit of cheese, three slices of pepperoni per patty, and whatever other toppings you're using, then top with some more cheese. Put under the broiler until the cheese melts and starts turning brown, then remove from the oven and serve.
