Ingredients
  

  • 4 small fresh garden tomatoes
  • 1-2 jalapeƱo peppers sliced into chunks
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 small onion quartered
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves approximately one handful
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until mostly smooth.
